Every Thursday morning about 9:45 a.m., a group gathers in the parish office to reflect and share experiences related to the Sunday Gospel. The group is facilitated by the Pastor. Good conversation and learning always takes place.
Our ministerial function is to propagate the faith in the youth of our parish. The children are taught what it means to be Christian as well as Catholic. Our curriculum is doctrine and sacraments, as well as prayer. Eucharist is stressed with a monthly Children's Liturgy, usually occurring on the last Sunday of the month, at the 11:00 a.m. Mass. Each class is given the opportunity to be responsible for one liturgy each year. The Religious Formation Classes meet from the first week in October through the last week in April. Preschool through 5th grade meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Center. During the summer, a Vacation Bible School is held for one week in late July/early August for grades preschool through 4th grade. Grades 6th, 7th and 8th Meetings are held from October through April on the First Wednesday evening of the month. Confirmation Prep Classes are held the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday evening of each month.
